*Biotic teammate casts warp. I follow up with Incinerate. Facepalm.
*Save enemy unit from being punched into dust by Batarian teammate Falcon punch by killing enemy first. Making teammate look like moron punching air.
*Meleed husk. Got grabbed and died. FAIL!
*Kill posessed abomination thats on top of my teammates. Everyone dead. Nice job soldier. Indoctrinated?
*Activates hunter mode...on wave 4.
*Activates bloodlust...on wave 4.
*Activates siege pulse...on wave 4.
*Charges banshee. Gets sync killed and dies.
*Tries to pass banshee/phantom from left/right. Gets sync killed and dies.
*Steps into ravager goo. Commits suicide.
*Ignores swarmers. Killed by swarmer.
*Shoots precious Harrier ammo...at swarmers.

Feel free to add your own. None of these are intentional. Somehow it just happens.

As N7 Fury, occasional overconfidence and clumsiness in rushing spawns... that costs me 1 MediGel on Wave 1.

And just last night, played my GI-Javelin again after a long time.  Platinum match.  From the start until Wave 3, I kept turning off Hunter Mode instead of firing Proximity Mine, multiple times per wave, like a freaking moron.

Same here. Although I don't learn it on purpose, so I don't know if it's a fail...

Other than that, lag. Lag is, and has always been, my biggest fail. I'm a decent player if I can say so myself, but put me in a laggy lobby... And I'll be the worst ranting scrub around. I just can't deal with it. :innocent:

The GI thing is very common for me if I've been playing Turian Soldier.  Darn Proxy is on opposite sides

Sometimes I press wrong button (4,5,6).
Sometimes I ignore husks and focus enemies which shoot at me. Then I get husked and then immediately grabbed/stabbed by a Banshee/Phantom.
