I have done that too.
Also, I recently forgot that my Volus had Shield Boost.

And I constantly forget that the Volus can cloak.

Feel free to add your own. None of these are intentional. Somehow it just happens.

I constantly delude myself that I will get good at ME3 multiplayer. (I think my "skills" are actually regressing.)

Switching from the Vorcha Soldier to the Geth Trooper ... you run up to the newly formed spawn and promptly .. turn off your fortification ... or vice versa, you run up to the spawn and promptly turn off your bloodlust

Both those scenarios will lead to a rage gel

Or getting greedy with your rocket placement ... and not killing any major targets


Edit - I shouldn't forget about trying to cloak while in combat (but i'm using the Asari Valkrye .. bye tech armor ..)

In a biotic team I am biotic too, cannot cast Incinerate, if I am an Incinerate user, then it is not a biotic team,  so this is a nope

Oh yeah, if I do it, I do it deliberatelly, for fun or for vengence (or am I indoctrinated?) sooo .. check.

Talon gi - I am ok with it, but it does not feel EZ mode to me at all. Too much trigger pulling, which is a shame because I have 255 pistol 3 rails.

Acolyte - never liked the charge up on it so I have never used it although its also supposed to be OP.

Same deal over here. My space-bar simply won't register hitting it repeatedly more often than not, key-reason why I mostly let others have a go at it.

ps3 is terrible.

Lately it`s having way too much frame skip (like entire 1 second of game screen not being updated)
...this kills me. and there is nothing I can do about it.
