Been playing since the beginning, guess I'll throw my fail list out there.
1) Remembering that there is a minimum threshold when your ass is getting handed to you in which you must use the ops pack for it to do anygood. Otherwise...use ops pack...die anyway.
2) Remembering that no matter how many times I rage-gel I regain no honor by dying again.
3) Communicating to new players that if I or another teamate dies, you do them no favors by reviving them while a synch-kill enemy stands three feet away. IE "Stop helping me"
4) Running with the Pizza, I can do it, until I have to turn a corner...then not so much.
5) Drell...just...no, can't do it.
6) Knowing when to cut off the diseased limb, as in not risking my hide to once again revivify the teamate who keeps dying 30-seconds into every wave because he can't admit he needs to go down the difficulty ladder.
7) Making doubly sure I know which button I am hitting so that when I walk up to the group of trash enemies my Geth Soldier successfully ignites his flamer, rather than turning off Fortification...they only thing keeping him alive.
8) Tech Armor Explosions, and Barrier detonations....never remember to use them until after the point it is advantageous.
9) Using inclines to fight Banshees in melee, seems like every time I get them on the incline and am beating them down, Banshee number-2 warps in to be perfectly level with me on the incline and synch-kills me.
10) Resisting the temptation to Falcon-Punch the Phantoms who run up to me...while it usually works on Phantom-1, failing to notice Phantom-2 often has less promising results.
11) Resisting the temptation to trap a particular person I game with in the reactor core if we happen to be neck and neck on the scoreboard.
12) Alternating out of the sweet-spot I've found with a combination of 5 kits in order to actually do more achievs etc.
I think that's enough for now.
