When I play in most Gold PUGs, it seems I'm above average. But when playing with some of the people I've met on here, I sometimes feel like a total scrub who has to be carried. But I do try to contribute as much as I can; do objectives, try to rez downed teammates and missile the sync-kill units if I see them start to kill a teammate. Would still like to finish off my manifest, but having PUGs bleed out on waves 4,5,7,8,9 makes that difficult. I'll be checking out this group and hoping to get in some good games.

Perfect! You would make a great addition to the group. 

A team of 4 average players from BSN would basically mean 100% success rate on gold and platinum. Most players on BSN are really really good compared to randoms, that is something I learned a while back when I let players on this forum team up with me and HardcoreSalmon to try gold and platinum. People underestimated their own skills a lot to put it mildly

An average player would have died at least once.


Now, you may be average compared to the better players on BSN, but not compared to the whole playerbase.

There's nothing to prove, that's the whole point. If someone wants to prove themselves then they are better off trying to join the Spectre group or something. This is for fun and for balanced gameplay, players playing at the same level without the game being either too hard or too easy

Couldn't you just have read the title to my video where it said "10 waves survived"? 

That's the thing, it is not like we are recruiting randoms for this group, we are recruiting members from BSN. And members here on this forum is a lot better at average than the average random player. So since it is average on BSN that counts then it pose no problem right?

People need to decide for themselves if they should be a part of this group or not. And no one is forcing anyone to play with players who they don't prefer playing with.

So everyone is welcome to join! Cain is a good player (above average) but he could still use a few rockets less or use low level equipment to even out the odds between him and other players, that way the gameplay would be more balanced and overall it would be more fun for all participants.
