More dilemmas for the Doctor. No easy choices. No convenient plot devise. Just horrible choice A versus horrible choice B.

Seeing as how the 50th was all about erasing the one moral dillema for the Doctor, I think this is pretty much impossible.

Oh well.
Looking forward to Capaldi.

I'm just confused about how he's going to play the Doctor. He was really manic when we say him - quite a lot like Tennat and Smith, and not necessarily like I would have imagined him given that brief glare he had in the 50th.

Maybe he'll play the solemn and wise Time Lord for once?^_^

...if Christopher Ecclestone had agreed to be in the anniversary special then they wouldn't have added John Hurt and there would have still been 1 regeneration after Matt Smith.

I enjoyed Hurt's rendition of the Doctor. It was also an interesting reminder that the original Doctor was much older than the current versions we've had.

Hurt had two or so hilarious lines about it as well, which really made it worth it.

I hope we will be able to experience more of The War Doctor

Big Finish Production Audios perhaps?
Dr Who books perhaps?
Perhaps a few online shorts with John Hurt as The Doctor?
Maybe a cartoon with John Hurt's Doctor?

Any execuse to experience more of The War Doctor would be fantastic:wizard:.

I'm sure we will. We had a lot of media about Paul McGann's doctor so far, right?

Anyone has a sonic screwdriver that they'd recommend?

I was checking out this one and, while it's plastic and not metal, reviews are mostly positive.

It's good.
It's a good size and for cosplay it works (Experience).
I recommend glueing the back flap though. It tends to open on its own.

Best Dr. Who episode ever (I rate it 7/10):

The mad old space wizard in the center of Dalek Empire:
"I want to destroy the Reality with my anti-matter massive weapon!"
Brain the predictor:
"Yes. This is predicted."
Doctor:
"I have a clone in my ReTardis and he can stops you!"
Brain the predictor:
"Yes. This is also predicted!"
Dalecs:
"We're betrayed!"
*Clone Doctor's secretary deactivates Daleks and nullifies the mad old space wizard's master plan*
*Dr and his companions go to beach*
*Dr's Clone marries the other secretary of Dr's*

Correct me if I'm wrong but "An Adventure in Space and Time" is not a BAFTA nominee nor is David Bradley. Why is this?

Have we come full circle?

SAMUEL ANDERSON JOINS DOCTOR WHO FOR PETER CAPALDI’S FIRST SERIES

Anderson will play Danny Pink, a teacher at Coal Hill School where companion Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman) also teaches.

Can I dream with Ian Chesterton appearing this season as the dean of Coal Hill?
