I think he's great, and well on the way to becoming one of my favourites. He just needs some more time in the spotlight over his companion.  

 

That's not necessarily been reciprocated from a lot of people I've talked to. I've heard a lot of people say, 'he's too old.'

 

Naturally, there's a notable correlation between those who say that and people who've never watched an episode from before the reboot.

Yup! People I know mostly had problems with Smith too when he started, so I'm hoping they warm up to him given time.

 

I know I like him. Tenant's and Smith's runs were obviously very different, but I felt that they were also similar in a lot of ways too. Its nice to have someone completely doing their own thing.
