Right, so I am following the Idiot's guide,
http://social.biowar...to_singleplayer
I've followed it to the last detail and jolly hey holly. But the thing is I cannot find this .ncs file...
I've tried searching for it as it is not where it's supposed to be, not where it's not
supposed to be, not anywhere! I dont even know what a ncs file is or
what it does (Yes, I've looked it up, it didn't make me any smarter).
The
only other encounter i've had with anything regarding ncs is the NCS
(natural color system) which hasn't got anything to do with anything.
Regardless, it isn't there so I must have done something wrong.
Naturally I asked for help from my ultra-geek bf, (he's a tiny bit more computer-nerd than me) and he can't help.
I
am out of ideas, I suck at modding and most that has to do with it, so
I'm asking you, oh kind and mighty forumers: Any clues? Or
alternatively a different way of adding custom items?

when you finish creating the script, Save it then go to tools>export>export without dependant
Once that is done the .nss and .ncs files should be in my documents> bioware > dragon age > addins > {module name} > module > override > toolset export
