Tali and Ashley are the best M!Shep romances, Jack's romance dialogue is great but I didn't like the romance. Miranda is all right, Steve has a lack of content that only fleshes out in the Citadel DLC. I didn't buy M!Shep/Kaidan

 

Thane's dialogue is good, Garrus's was wholly unbelievable, and ME1 Kaidan worked really well for me over the course of the series as F!Shep. Samantha's was hot, but really had a lack of content.

 

As for the bi love interests, Liara is forced on us as the "canon" LI and was easily the worst, with awkward dialogue and an utterly annoying character who was nothing more than naive virgin/satellite interest and Diana was infinitely bland

ME3 endgame LI the most:

I have no idea. I think I've finished the game with everyone once and only once, except for the gay male LI and male options for FemShep, which I've never done. (Liara got dumped for Samantha on Femshep )

And except Ashley. My current run will end with Ashley as LI. I have never finished ME3 with her as LI, even though romancing her the most.

The last was my FailShep, based on Jayne Cobb. Unexpectedly tragic. Everyone he took to bunk ended up dying through various circumstances.

 

Shouldn't a FailShep Refuse? And why didn't you hook up with Liara and get her vaporized?

Well, this necro ain't going away.

 

Miranda is the only considered option for my male Shepard. Beyond a thing with Ashley Williams in ME1 (and a big sex life in general), Miranda is the only choice for my Shepard. Best of the best right there: The Space Hero and the Superspy. 

 

If I could, my Femshep would also strictly romance Miranda. And if it were a really special day, my Sheploo would have Femshep and Miranda together in bed.

Romanced the most:

ME1: femshep/Liara. Maleshep/Ash.

ME2: femshep/Liara. Maleshep/kinda almost evenly split between Tali/Jack/Miranda. 

ME3: femshep/Liara. Maleshep/whoever in ME2.

 

Those are the most common romances for my sheps. I have played almost all of them, to try them out, and some I've played a few times. But mostly femshep/Liara for me.

I think the citadel scene was well done...a nice touch for people who wanted it in ME2.

Because I didn't want to romance Liara again and the other MShepard romances didn't appeal to me

I wish there was more romance content for Samara, but I'm glad they put the brief scene in.
