I completed ME3 twice, including all DLC and I've got all achievements ingame. I don't know why they only show up partly in the N7HQ nor do I care.

I managed to beat it on insanity as an infiltrator with level X weapons, but I haven't had the achievement ding yet because I want to get the remaining achievements first regarding the Citadel DLC

It's a decent time commitment. Way less than most people give to the MP, but you're also alone, and the pace is much slower. You can only choose from 6 kits, and you can't use weapons from your manifest.

I did it, but I can see why plenty of folks wouldn't bother. It's not a difficulty issue.

Why in the F would I ever want to play SP again? I played through on normal and washed my hands of Hudson's artistic intregrity. I've played a few times on insanity when the servers were down it's ridiculously easy compared to multiplayer higher difficulties. I'd say Insanity equals multiplayer silver.

Exactly, not going to reward sh*t writing with multiple playthroughs.  If not for MP, I wouldn't even own the disc anymore.  I would own(and do) the 1 & 2 discs however.

I'm only average but did finish ME2 on Insanity once. I haven't played ME3 on insanity mainly because I can't bring myself to play SP again. I tried a second playthrough and could barely stand to get through Mars. It makes me sad, because I would love to be able to enjoy SP again, but I just ...can't.

I'm waiting to finish my ME2 Insanity run. I have a ME3 Insanity run in progress, but frankly it's way too easy with an Infiltrator and Harrier X. Feels more like soloing a bronze when I have another Tech and Garrus in the team. Biotics might be even easier.

You aren't missing anything.  Insanity isn't difficult, particulalr yif you start above level 1.  I did my only ME3 playthrough on insanity with an imported character.  Pretty straightforward, frankly.

Now, insanity starting at level 1 in the original Mass Effect?  THAT was difficult.

I wouldn't want to. The campaign just wasn't very good.

I go back to sp sometimes. Mainly because I miss the power of the BPP in sp and I love using the supressor on engy shep. Now, the only difficulty I even play on is Insanity. That's really the only difficulty that even provides a remote challenge anymore.

That's not really too surprising, is it? This is the MP forum. I'd be willing to bet a lot of people who love MP haven't played ME1 or ME2.

If you stalk me, you'll see I do have 100 percent completion. But, I'm just a scrub.

Considering a good solo takes about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the soloer and an insanity game takes 30+ hours to complete, this is a good point.

Scoreboard judgements... stupid.

Using Missles, Playing as a grenade class, an infiltrator, a LARGE AoE (8~9m) ability class (recon mine, snap freeze, Dark Sphere) class, or basically anything besides a
volus sentinel
pheonix vanguard
Quarian Marksman
Turian Havoc
Salarian Decoy
and the like...
means your easily capable of being a score**** (I frequently top stupidboard with level 8 characters even in the mentioned list, playing with a full group of level 20s). There is a reason that people usually skip these classes, and its because they "think" they suck because they aren't scoreing much. More than likely a person you see who frequents (top) scoreboard avoids playing with these characters and more than likely nukes spawns and boost points. (I do it also, but then again I promote, score = more XP)

Have one of these so called "gods" or (top) scorers apply by the rules of someone who can actually adapt to any situation, they get they're azzes handed to them.

Also....

Basing "skill" while playing with a team (who most likely "carries" or "improves" a persons performance) on how they would do while playing solo... stupid.

There is no skill in this game whatsoever, its either use this weapon/class/combo w.e, or spend a long time playing/ get your azz handed to you. Skill is something you can apply to influence results/outcome, no such thing in a A.I. that doesn't change.

Had there been a mode where there were squads that could play as enemy factions VS another squad. (PvP) Skill would be a factor, right now though, people are just either really bad and lose to retard bots, or just good at taking down retards.

Did it 4 or so months ago, found it hilarious how little damage it took to kill stuff.

Was a bit hard at the start until level 6+ as the weapons were soo damned weak and you had no good stagger powers.

My very first playthrough was insanity almost 50 hrs Mantis V till BW V hard but fun, I can't bring myself to play anygame on any lower than hard/harcore etc. Well I really like the end, even though liara's tears on shepard's death broke my heart was a natural ending for a massive menace, so in SP i have 400+ hrs and in MP 455 hr according to origin's data in game. Not an elitist though

The ending killed the story for me. It is hard to go back.

Same here, unfortunately. I did a second run through, and started a third a few days ago, but dat ending..."Bitter" comes to mind.

Besides;

SP - You get Shepard.

MP - You get a bunch of kits that could give Shep a run for his/her money Variety.Image IPB

Its the bloody ending OP. Do you really want to replay the game again when you already know what is waiting for you? Sure, the extended version made it better but its still the same at its core with the bloody kid that you cannot blow to hell.

I was bored one day and beat insanity mode in one sitting.
Soloing silver was more difficult, I was very disappointed.

I play SP insanity runs periodically. I like the campaign, no matter how many people write nerdy essays or make youtube videos about how awful everything about it was.

The difficulty is trivial. But it's also nice not to deal with lag, pugs and seeker swarms.

I'm waiting for EA Origin;s little weekly gaming discounts to finally hit the ME3 DLCs before I start playing another single player campaign again.

I'm thinking it's not going to happen though...

I play single player just for the story, not really for the challenge so i haven't bothered. MP is when I put on my try hard cap. Besides, shepard is infinitely more powerful in single player than most kits in MP, even on insanity

The only ''hard'' thing in the sp is when you are fighting the darn clone in the last dlc. I hate it so bad.

I'm not rapt with how Insanity on ME2 and ME3 turn the game into a 15+ hour
thermal clip hunt for anyone other than a power character, and I'm just not that
interested in achievement maxing.

If they'd give me the option to turn aim assist off I'd be all over it. Still can't figure out why it was an option in ME1 but not in 2 or 3.
