Just curious whether it'd still be worth buying at this point in time. Being a PS3 player I see the same exact people in PUGs or no one at all.

Although, I hear Origin is a piece of **** so I dunno if it'd be all that worthwhile.

Origin IS a pile o' good ole' excrements, yeah.

But nevermind that sentiment, the question you were asking is if there still is a large enough playerbase to find games and such and I can tell you yes, there's still a lot of games going on!

Origin is no more of a PoS than the new SEN IMO... mind, that's hardly a ringing endorsement ;)

Definitely worth it. I hear you can get ME3 on PC for like $10 now.

Currently, there are still quite a few players. My advice is to try to stick to bronze and silver. If you try gold and platinum, you had better be experienced enough to have 2 to 3 unreliable or worthless teammates and those 2 difficulties are getting a lot of people in the wrong difficulty level

I have no problems finding a game if doing a public search. They're not always...optimal, but they're there.

So, no, it's definitley not dead yet.

Hah...

As someone who's new to gaming on a mouse and keyboard, don't worry, I know my place probably wouldn't be gold right off the bat.

Thanks for the input though everyone (or well...most of you).

Well I don't have any troubles finding games, and when I host i don't wait too much to fill the lobby.

I'd say the PC community despite of what people say here I think it still healthy.

Come to the Master Race.

OP, I play Bronze, Silver and Gold, I've yet to have a problem joining a pug (there is an Origin bug that may require you to cancel, then re-initiate a match search, but that is about 5 seconds worth of trouble).

If you choose to make a break for it, you will find the PC pugs are "working as intended" and pretty easy to find a match at any of the levels not called Platinum. Maybe Platinum is easy too, but I don't play there, so can't say.

Origin stinks, no doubt about that, but beyond that, come on in, the water's fine.

Hope to see you in a lobby soon, get your game on, have some fun.

I switched from xbox to PC about 5 weeks ago when I saw the game for £10 on Amazon.

I don't regret a thing. The controll method is much easier, and it just looks so much nicer.

Starting a new manifest was a struggle at first, but soon got into the swing of it. Never had a problem finding a game, and there are many active communities of friendly people to join!

If ME1 had a multiplayer, I'd still buy it if I didn't have it, just 'cuz it's Mass Effect.

I could have missile glitched.   I just dont think the master at unretiring should be refering to pc players as master race.  its wrong and no better than the guy who called a person queer earlier and was run off the forum.

We are the master race because all the things console can do PC can do it better.

Cheat?, we cheat better than you.
Aiming? we have better aiming than you.
Looking cool?, we look cooler than you.
Modding and having fun?, whe mod and have fun better than you.

Now parico, are you jealous?, please cry me a river.

Also yes, all PC players are cheaters, we modify our files, Challenge points and N7 rating as well as all console players are missile glitchers.

Seeing as you were a ps3 player before, you are probably probably going to find your current difficulty a bit easier. That is, if you play PC games a lot. AS for the community, I think it's still going strong, and I can almost always get a game going before starting. Even when I don't, I just start up and solo a few waves, then someone joins.

Jealous of a Brett Favre wannbe player of Me3 on pc who cheats.  A person so bored he creates stupid threads then claims he's a Korean model..... keep dreaming RedJohn.
