You know ULM has absolutely no effect on squadmates' cooldowns, right? If it's for RP reasons, then whatever, but the weight system does not apply them at all. So you might as well replace that with heavy barrel or armor piercing on EDI.

Ashley burns down targets with the Black Widow/Revenant combo.
Garrus is a beast with the N7 Vailent.
James likes the N7 Crusader
Liara and EDI are very good with the N7 Hurricane
Tali is good with a Wraith
Javik seems to do the best with the Particle Rifle
Kaiden is best with the N7 Typhoon

I have a strange habit of arming my squad mates with weapons made by manufacturers of their own respective races.
For instance, Garrus and Nyreen use Phaestons and the Krysae.
Aria and Liara use Disciples and Acolytes.
Tali uses the Geth Shotgun and the Arc pistol.
Humans use N7 weapons.
Javik uses the Particle Rifle.
Wrex and Grunt use Graals.
And so on and so forth . . .
