The N7 Slayer, N7 Destroyer, Armiger Legion Turians, Vorcha, and the Awakened Collector all look badass. The Phoenix kits do too, but they're just not as visually appealing to play.

Also, if Geth count as male, then throw every single one up there in the "badass" category.

I must admit I enjoy playing with a Turian too, but only the old school ones. I find the helmets on the jetpack turians a bit silly.
