I'm also currently replaying them. In this playthrough, I'm making as many "bad" choice in the game as I can (AKA, picking the opposite choices that I normally do in the series.) I killed all the mages in Ferelden's tower, killed off the dalish elves and kept the werewolves as werewolves, I didn't help Redcliffe and then I defiled Andraste's ashes. I'm also killing off as many people as I can. When this playthrough transfers over to DA2, I'm going to side with the templars, which I've never done before, and rival with characters who I normally have friendship-status with.

When DA3 is right around the corner, I might play a super-good Chantry-believing optimist character for both DA:O and 2, just so I have a lot of different types of saves available for DA3. But I'm set with my favorite, main playthrough before Inquisition comes out. Sarcastic/neutral Warden/Hawke FTW.

I've already got my Xbox 360 canon imports for DA3 ready for both DA:O and DA2, now I've just got to work on the PC versions. Currently it feels like a bit of a chore though since I've played the arse of both games so many times, I'm hoping this E3 reveal will reignite my excitement to get both finished.

Only Act 3 (DA2) left for my "canon" one.

I am trying to get through DA:O again right now actually; it's tortuously dull going lol If I don't make it, I have one completed playthrough of DA:O that I'll use.

I have a million DA2 playthroughs I could use, but most are modded saves on the xbox. Not sure if those will transfer. I do have some unmodded playthroughs that I really like. I might consider playing through the game yet again for DA3, but it's really hard to play the game vanilla now.

I replayed Dragon Age: Origins, but when I got to DA2 I stopped for some reason. I couldn't muster the courage to replay it again, though I'm not sure why. Maybe I'll get back to it once I finish my playthrough of ME3 on insanity :) I probably should finish that replay of DA2, if what I've been reading on the wiki is right- that choices made in previous campaigns will affect Inquisition to the point where different playthroughs would be noticeable and interesting, rather than a missing side quest or two here and there that have no bearing upon the main campaign.

I plan to go through DA2 one more time closer to the DA3 release date to get my 'canon' import. I've played Origins eight times and can't see myself doing it again in the near future.

Yes. In fact, i'm currently playing DA2 for the fun of it on hard mode. Really enjoying it.
DA:O is kind of a hassle to be playing right now, so I won't I be touching it until a month or so before the release of DA:I, which will also be the start of my main 'canon' playthrough. Already planned out all the choices, classes and romances I will be making for this 'canon' playthrough of my mine lol

DA2 yes. Origins no, just because I'll be buying the rest of the DLC for it and I like this character I have now and really wouldn't want to re-due him.

Didn't they say that DA III won't have the save import option?

If it doesn't have that then I don't see much point in playing the games all over again.

They have never said that, people are just freaking out over that it may not come out for the current generation.

I still dunno what I am playing DA3 on so I may have to play it all again on a different platform (BAH :/)

If xbox one is gonna be a crappy as it looks I will probably switch back to PC

ofc that's assuming I can afford to buy both games plus all that DLC again before it's released.

No, countless hours into DA:O killed it.
AND I've a lot of issue re-installing the game with all DLCs. I don't want to go through that again and I won't.
I've done everything in DA:2 in 6 playthroughs: I've taken all the paths possible, all the difficulties, classes, romances.

I was really excited by DA2 even if it didn't look good from the start because I trusted BioWare. I had more fun playing Dead Space 2 (bought it to wait). I was hyped then disappointed. I'll try to forget DA:I a little bit while... reading everything about it and playing other games.

already got most of my origin imports done and amworking on awakening (they were erased soI lost my original ones). but I am getting imports ready for DA2 then make those to import to DA3. I want to get most things done so I will play one DA2 playthorugh before DA3 comes out but I will have taken a break for a while so I will not be bored as quickly.

I'm currently picking away at another DA:O playthrough, but it isn't my "import" save. I'll probably do a final DA:O playthrough after E3, once I decide if I'm buying DA3 or not. I already have a suitable import save for DA2, but I may do another for kicks. I love DA:O, but I have far fewer final saves than I do for DA2. I've made a lot of DA:O characters, but I have a hard time getting past the bottlenecks.

I have a couple of saves ready anyway but I'm not completely happy with them so I will be replaying the games for my perfect "canon" import playthrough. I am however going to wait until E3 before I start. Mainly because I'm too lazy and DA3 news might give me the incentive to play through the series again but also, for all we know they will tell us we wont be able to import saves... I doubt it but you know just in case.

I just bought them for my computer, so I am doing a new playthrough of Origins right now. I plan on playing through DA2 as well.

I was going to wait until the release date info for DA3, but I really just wanted to play them both again.

I am trying LOL. I played this game so much (DA:O) .. IT'S A bit shameful to be fair. :P.

I modded the hell out of the game though. Some mod even unlocked several conversation.. Anyway
(Yeah Yeah I know ..Just trying to rationalize why I played the game so much).

It's when I hear
-Man Iplayed DA:O for 100 hours OMG .. I'm like - Why that's a lot
-What about you ? .. Me ? ''clear throat'' .. Well ... 100 hours too!! (Of course that a lie.it's much more than this!)

I am doing another playthrough, but for some reason I lose interest after 1 hours.. Figure. I basically know a lot of conversation by heart.

The game still look great . Mod the hell out of it with good texture pack and lightning mod and seriously . Great. I don't use mod that just kill the lore of the game ye know ? Like using DA2 skin for Sten.. Just no.

I don't use any nude mod either.. Believe me ! :P

I've already played through DA2 with all 4 of my DA:O imports...so I'd have to play through DA:O a 5th time to do a 5th DA2 play through...which, I did start doing a couple months ago but lost interest.

Maybe once more info is released and we get closer to it coming out I'll get interested enough to play through again, but I've basically at this point done all the plot variations I have an interest in (cannon, evil, noble, and man****)
