I was not certain where to post this, and I may have things terribly wrong indeed, but it couldn't hurt to ask somewhere... I hope!

I am trying to access the extra content, like The lucky stone, Or the Lions Paw (For examples) But I am uncertain how to do this, it says "please ensure you log in with the same account you used while redeeming this code on the social website" And This confuses me, Log in with the same account? But these are different websites, I am having difficulty finding anything on my Xbox that can help with this, perhaps here will be more useful.

On my Profile it says "Your Xbox account(s)" There are none there, I have two though, if anyone can help me, it might save me rambling on forever!
