Doing my first playthrough of ME3 on PC. I imported my Femshep and started up the game to the point the game does a chaptersave before going into the intro.
I alt+F4 out of the game so I can load the save into Gibbed to do the modding for the Miranda hair. I followed the video that is linked in ELE08's blog to put in the hair mesh and did a little cosmetic tweaking to my shepard (eye color, hair color, makeup), backed up the old save, overwrote the current save with the edited one and every time I load up the game so far, instead of seeing my custome FemShep, the default one is in place when the into is playing.
Can anyone help me out with what's going on or whatever I am doing wrong please.

Does it work after the intro? It may just be a cutscene thing.

Once it got to the gameplay, the entire thing looks like my Shepard fell through the map and I don't see her at all.

That... sounds pretty serious...
Sorry, but I can't help you out here.

Gonna load up one of the back ups and redo the modding. Hopefully that fixes it.

Ok, I think I know where the problem is.
I tried adding the Diana Allers mesh to the edited save so my FemShep wouldn't be bald in cutscenes like the tutorial video suggests in the description. For whatever reason, the mesh combined with Miranda's is causing the game to glitch. Not sure how to work around this since other people seem to have managed to do it.
