This human character kit would be unlocked when you redeem your Battlefield 3 online pass on the same account as your Mass Effect 3. But with the removal of online passes, you can no longer find or purchase BF3 pass (on Xbox anyway), the game automatically allow you to play online, so the problem now is, if I want to get this kit for Xbox, how am I going to do it?

The battlefield 3 soldier was added to normal reinforcement packs for everyone to access during one of the weekly balance changes a while back. Also maybe a topic for the multiplayer forum.

Yeah, that character has been available to everyone for a quite a few months now.

Besides I'm fairly sure they said that online passes could still be found, it's just that you need to look for them under the bing search feature if there are any online pass issues.

The Battlefield 3 kit for the Soldier like mentioned above has been available as a normal unlock at Rare quality for some time now. Its how I unlocked it.
