It seems that negativity will forever plague this site. I'm truly sorry that BioWare destroyed this series for many of you. I'm sorry that you feel betrayed. I don't know what you should do about it.

Betrayed? No, though I do regret the money I spent on it and uninstalled the DLC. And this is from someone whose favorite DLC of the entire trilogy is Omega.
Ah, so it's just a matter of you having **** taste?jtav wrote...

The only good thing about Omega was the pew pew.

Basically the whole DLC that should've been $10 or less
I did, but it was overpriced for what it was, should have remained a hub afterwards, and was a tad too linear. Other than that, it's one of my favorite portions to play through.AresKeith wrote...

See...Omega is the weirdest DLC among BSN.
Either people love it to bits or they despise it and think it's a waste of money. There's no middle ground a la Stolen Memories or Overlord.
ME DLCs, other than Omega, seem toexist in three states. Either universally loved (LotSB), hated (Pinnacle station) or even an universal "Meh" (Bring down the sky).
Omega is the one DLC where it seems like an even splot between "loved" and "hated"

the thing about citadel is that it was incredibly detailed, every moment of the dlc there was something to find.
But theres a problem with that, why was a dlc with a premium selling price more detailed and full of great character moments than the actual bloody game!

Hell, it gave me what I've been asking to be in the vanilla game, meaningful content with Jack. I personally could care less about anything else, but I do agree with the sentiment that the story is somewhat out of place and poorly written, but hey, so is ME2 and it's my favourite game. Maybe I prefer character driven aspects and so-called " fanservice".

Not to say that I'm doubting you, but I think the majority of responses I've seen have been very negative to Omega (myself included.)
IMO, only Pinnacle Station is worse.

I still can't get over the fact that BW didn't add add the Dragoons from multiplayer in Omega. That was a let down.

Or add the mechs and the Adjutants to MP.
