I actually have. And when I say that I'm just average I compare myself to all the guys in Spectre, that is basically the standard for a very good player here on BSN and I'm not even close to that.

So...you're clearly not average, you're not trolling, and you just announced a solo that isn't even uploaded yet (I don't think even cainhegis has done that before), and while claiming you did it to help players struggling to get their Lone Wolf banner, it actually does nothing to help them because it is as far away from a struggling player's solo attempt as possible - so you're contribution to them and this community is basically worth absolutely f*ckall. 

I prefered you when you were trolling. You were even bad at that since even while trolling, you made it all about your own skill, achievements and videos and how you (or you and Salmon) already did or could have done the things other people had done.

Because while everyone knows you and especially Salmon are great players and certainly really nice guys, at least you didn't pretend to be something you're clearly not - average.

So go back to trolling and openly bragging (because this is just another one of your sad attempts at concealing it) or go home.

You efforts are noble, but, you are trying to explain to a cat why it shouldn't **** in its food bag. It would be easier to simply place the bag on a higher shelf, until the cat gets distracted by something else and moves on.

I usually don't care unless it's someone announcing their retirement from this game every other month and becoming increasingly annoying. And I actually believe some people like to hear different opinions on their contributions to a forum and community.

My first video that I uploaded today was to help players get the Lone Wolf, but that only resulted in people bashing me for it and calling it OP etc. It was only negative remarks even though I was just trying to be helpful with it.

This video that I will post soon (almost uploaded) was merely me getting frustrated with all the complaining my other thread received when I was trying to help. So I took some time to do that solo, just to prove a point out of frustration.

A lot of people on this forum have announced gameplay videos before they have been uploaded, although I admit most of them are with a picture of the scoreboard. A picture like that would be misleading in my case since I used a reset powers card on my character to get him to level 0, so a picture would still say level 20 and I was afraid that it would cause even more bashing.

And I do really see myself as an average player, maybe I'm wrong with that but if that is what I believe then that is what I will keep saying. You know (as do a lot of people here) that when I pretend to be an "elitist douchbag" it is just me trolling around, something that I have stopped with since I got back here.

Anyhow, you have the right to your own opinions and I respect that, but know that if I somehow did something that made you feel insulted or offended in any way then I am deeply sorry about that.

Like I said, trolling is perfectly fine. Taking things personally on the internet is always the people's own fault.
I'm aware of the threads you've posted and the reactions to them. But it's simple as that: People troll back. Especially as a known troll you should've known that.

Of course you're actually contributing and have contributed with your yt channel. There's great videos there, helpful guides and gameplay. It also says you're a decent person who likes to help.

I just think this is neither, decent nor helpful. Proving a point out of frustration doesn't really help anyone. And it makes people think you're an ass. You can clearly do better than that.

I agree. But I kept thinking to myself a few days ago about what I hadn't done yet in this game, and I came up with the idea of me soloing gold with a level 0 character and a common weapon. I haven't got my thumb out my ass until now when it actually got to me all those things that people wrote.

So even though it was out of frustration, it was still a nice achievement for myself that I wanted to do (I wrote about it earlier today in INVADERONE's thread about challenges).

I also know that I could have done a lot better in the solo. I did some stupid mistakes that made me use medigels and ops packs and I don't have the kiting skill or the aiming skill that I had 5 months ago when I had been playing this game for about 1400 hours. It was by far the longest solo I've ever done, it took 1,5 hour which is twice the amount of time that I usually do a solo in.

The other thread was for helping, this thread was just to let off some steam because I felt like I needed it.

The point is anybody can do it...if pride prevents you from doing something because you think it's too easy and there's no cheating involved..than to hell with you.

"Extract Twice as a solo player in gold" - who cares how as long as you didn't cheat.

Well, I would lie if I said that I didn't want people to think it was quite good of me to do a solo like that. It was a personal goal for me that I thought about a couple a days ago and today I tried to do it and succeeded.

Maybe it is just the Swede in me that makes me think I'm average, it's just how we are raised up here. Look up "jantelagen", that is basically how Swedish people think about themselves most of the time (at least I do). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_Jante

I'm uploading both of them. I hope that the audio will be in sync this time for the first video and I hope that nothing goes wrong with the second video.

The level 0 solo have been "processed" for about an hour now, it is 7,36 GB in total so I don't know how long it will take.

I was thinking about it, but since I only wanted to try this one time I decided that I had no room for error. And the Drell's dodge is not something that I am comfortable with and the low shields would maybe kill me one time too many
