 How long does it take to process the order and ship it?

I ordered the Kotoyobashi Bishoujo Female Commander Shepard Bioware exclusive. Apparently they still have them in stock (2000 available). The red haired one is sold out.

A week to process? I ordered it on May 28th. I can imagine shipping being another 2-3 weeks. Sigh.
I hope I don't get any issues with the figure ie) Bad paint job etc.

Its still processing? If its in stock I never known it to take that long.

oh im sorry, it took less than 24 hours, I got it in a week

Sent an e-mail hopefully I get a fast response. This is quite a dreadful service. Never have I had to wait so long to get an order processed like this... this is the last time I'm ordering from Bioware store.

Had to check the information for myself. No reply yet.
Never got an e-mail that my item was shipped.
Went to http://treehousebran.../wheresmystuff/ and inputted my order number.
Says that it is indeed shipped. No Postal tracking number.
