How different (if at all) is Shepard's dialogue when he is a biotic and when he is not a biotic?

ME3 Citadel:

When you meet up with Jack in armax arena, the end cutscene fighting the last Atlas will differ if Shepard's a biotic. If Shep's a biotic, Jack will say she'll set you up for a biotic explosion and Shep will actually use biotic attacks while non-biotic Shep uses their weapon for cover fire as per Jack's instructions.

I think there is dialogue with Kaidan in the Ardat-Yakshi Monastery about Samara floating using biotics. I've never taken Kaidan on that mission, but I've heard about that dialogue.

Traynor has a comment about it when talking about Grissom Academy. How Shep might have been there had it been around in his/her time.

What class was your Shepard? Because I do not remember that with my Vanguard...or maybe I'm just misremembering?

Yes, he does. But you kind of have to go out of your way to get it and it's easy to miss. After Samara takes off after Falere walk around that same room until you find a damaged elevator, clicking on it will give you generic dialog with your companions, about the door being damaged and having to take the long way around, except with Kaidan. If Shepard is not a biotic s/he will ask Kaidan if he can learn to float them over the railing he laughs and says "Well, not in the next ten minutes". If Shepard is a biotic he will comment on learning to fly with your biotics which Shepard says "We're both out of luck on that one."

As stated before too Sam will mention it when talking about Grissom Academy and Liara's dialog during the time capsule scene is dependent on Shepard's class. So each biotic class has different dialog.

Biotic Shepard romance meeting with Jack

vs

Non-Biotic Shepard romance meeting with Jack

Not sure what class Fluffyninja was using for the 1st one...maybe it only triggers if you romanced Jack? Amusing thing I just noticed after all these months is the cutscene actually uses the weapon you're holding onto at the time...from ME1 to ME3, this has always annoyed a lot of people when the cutscene weapon was different.

There is also extra dialog with Kaidan scattered across the game in 3 if Shep is a biotic.

"edit"

People above have mentioned the one in the monestary, the other moment is when Kaidan is in hospital. And if Kaidan is shot during the coup, then Liara will have slightly altered dialog depending on if Shepard is a biotic or not.

In the Omega DLC if you play as an engineer you will get a different cutscene when you need to reroute the power.

Something about how "biotics, we're freaks to most people. But I don't have to tell you that."

The second part is the biotic class only part.

When he talks about biotics being considered freaks and what a difference is can make by accepting it rather than rejecting it, if Shepard is a biotic he will say "Well, I don't have to tell you that."

Maybe it is. But if that's the case I am serious hacked about it. This is one thing that I've always felt Jack and my FemShep had in common and they made it romance dialog only?! *grrr*

As far as the gun thing goes ME2 was actually really good at this. If you had a weapon type equipped, say the Matlock, you would have it in cutscenes. I have footage of the entire suicide mission with Shep using the Matlock. It's awesome.

@Tron

biotics is nice and fun. but i like to play the game with a "normal" human . i.e not a powerful biotic. that is me, i prefer engineer for my canon

femshep is always biotic though

@Tickle

you also get  a few lines with traynor , when talking about grissom

In ME3, when Traynor tells you about the distress call from Grissom Academy, she mentions that Shep would have gone there if it had been around when he joined the military.

Also, in the Citadel DLC in the casino mission where you have to pave the way for Brooks to crawl through the vents, your "date" mentions you being an engineer, if you are one.

I wish there were more class nods like that.  I also wish Damping as a tech talent would have transcended to ME2 and 3.

I chose the class of my characters based on who I was going to romance? I did that mostly for gameplay balance, because I tend to take my LI with me everywhere. So the character's that I romanced Garrus with are both biotics, the one's I romanced Kaidan and Thane with are an Engineer/Infiltrator and a Soldier respectively. The only that is an odd one out on that score is the FemShep I romanced Liara with and she was a Sentinel (but still she has tech abilities).

i change my mind.

those overweight huamns from the future in walle could be engineers.

engineers are like ME2 weapon mods of classes.

When Shepard pulls that Merc over the wall at the start of the Citadel DLC, a non-biotic will use the Omni-Blade but a Biotic will just punch through their head.

At the start of the fight with the Clone, there's an interrupt to counter an attack from behind. If Shepard is biotic, they'll be using their biotics there. At the end of the fight, a non-biotic clone will shoot Shepard's gun out his hands, but a biotic will use his biotics for the same effect.

It's a pity the whole "biotic stigma" theme wasn't explored a bit more in regards to a biotic Shep. It was touched on in ME1, but mostly with regard to Kaidan and others.

LOL, either way, she means the same thing, although as a biotic you have two options.
