With 100 hours of play I believed I was ready to graduate from noob status today. So I tried my first gold solo. I wiped once on wave 10 and had a minor psychological breakdown. Then my second try: 





I have now been promoted from noob to noob first class! Yes, I used the Dark Lord Reegar.  It also feels like it took forever for a glacier solo, but... oh well. #SCRUB4LYFE

I do have a video I recorded. I doubt it is worth watching, since it is very long and mostly for my own entertainment, but perhaps someone may find value in seeing mediocre gameplay and repeated hammer misses:

I'm enjoying watching it actually, hammer time is never dull! 

That and most Krolord videos I've seen focus a bit too much on the weapon.

Seriously, very well done for your first gold solo. Go for faster times now and do at least one platinum solo, if only for the epeen/eboobs (platinum solos are kind of tedious).

Thanks... I hope to speed it up next time I try... not sure I'll use the Krolord again, though hammertime is definitely great. I one day hope to do a plat solo for the sake of gold, glory, and eboob

In all seriousness though, good job. I don't think I'd do a krolord solo my self. You've got quads. Watched the gameplay as well.

I could never do that with the Warlord at all because frankly I suck with that class and would have used all my medigels at wave 1

Thanks... I find the warlord a bit hard because he can't vault over cover, and I'm not great at aiming the hammer.  Even though I made it, I think I'm definitely choosing a different class for my second gold solo...
