Happened multiple times, I have no idea how many hours I had in the game at each point.

After I had all my rare weapons and gear maxed, my characters would max within a couple of days, if not the first day of a new DLC release.

For the last one, all my characters were maxed within about 20 minutes after I finished downloading the DLC, since I saved up credits before release and went on a spending spree.

This is probably the story for most folks who played from the beginning and did not drop out of playing MP, at least through the last DLC.

I didn't mark the occasion, but I did pay attention when I maxed everything except the UR weapons (all the characters, weapons, weapon mods, gear, etc), which took something like 186 hours, or something close to that (almost entirely post-Reckoning ). My estimates for just unlocking every character is something between 160-180 hours, although I did have most of them unlocked far earlier; two characters just ducked me forever compared to the rest.

Hang in there, sir, it'll be over sooner than you have time for even testing out every single one of them properly. You'd better save that crying emoticon for the time you'll be maximizing your URs, anyway.

 270-ish hours. I played a lot after Earth to max out my rares, then I waited for the final one to come out, and did it again. I'm currently a little over 300 hours, and I have even maxed out all of the customizations for characters.

Currently at 280 hours, having owned the game since launch (admittedly I don't grind it as much as some people) and I'm still waiting on 7 characters.

I only just unlocked the Drell Vanguard for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Fortunately I've got lots of different weapon and power combinations I want to try on my current characters so that'll keep me occupied for a month or two before I start to notice the missing characters...

Surprisingly not long. I had all characters and their appearance options maxed within the day of the dlc coming out. Regular characters took a steady amount of time.

I got all the characters a day or two after Reckoning was released. That is the only thing I am not having trouble with. Other items like URs.....well....took longer but not maxing.

I got them all within a week of each DLC being released (barring Retaliation when I retired for a few months because I moved home).

What platform are you on?

I don't remember how long it took on my PS3 account, but on my PC account I think it took about 150 hours, which wasn't too long ago in terms of hours played.

Yep. Played since release, so I was always kind of on top of it as far as new kits each dlc.
