This thread is making me want to go out soon and order me a mouth-watering, juicy steak. Smothered in grilled onion and mushrooms, with seasoned mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Yum. I don't use steak-sauce on good steaks, either, just a hint of salt.

Side dishes for your steak?
A lot of people like baked taters but stuffed potato's are wonderful though more work. I love pasta dishes so that is always a good choice. A nice salad to start. A wonderful starter before having your steak is shrimp on a skewer brushed with butter and garlic.
