I know you can supposedly get Bann Teagan to marry people in the end credits. But in all this time I still don't know how or who? Any help would be appreciated.

It's a little bugged (like successfully helping Bella is). Pay Kaitlyn for the sword that belonged to her grandfather before the "Attack at Nightfall" quest.
