Giant spiders have never bothered me (probably because they're so overplayed,) but I was playing The Temple of Elemental Evil the other day and ran into giant ticks. For some reason that freaked me the **** out.

When I was in Iraq and Kuwait in 1991 we had to deal with camel spiders

yeah, i read somewhere they are also SUPER hungry and gobble down anything they can catch......don't anyone bring them back to the U.S.

Giant spiders I can deal with. Centipedes--of any size--are just almost beyond my capability to deal with.

A giant centipede? A cave filled w/them? That would be terrifying to me.

And although I feel with the OP, another choice would be coconut crabs, plus, only need to make them slightly bigger...
