Okay so i found this

http://nwvault.ign.c....Detail&id=1288

I need to ask a more specific question.

I want to changed the head appearance on an .bic file which the leto app, nice as it is, does not do.

Still in the dark, any takers ?

Can't you just change the head where the npc appears for the first time and not run the risk of winding up with some sort of mutant ?

Two of my companion npc's have had quite a few facelifts and haircuts during the making of my latest mod and one's even had her body changed but I just did it from their original properties before they joined up. So the one's I playtest with look nothing like the latest versions that will only ever appear in their full glory on my final complete test runs.

I need to change the PC bic that I am providing for one of the mods I have made. I can rebuild it but I would rather edit it.

TlkEdit2 seems to give full access to .Bic files ( and a lot of other NwN2 files )

i see:
Appearance_Head

with a #5 entered.

(personally i don't have a clue what that really means and play with stick men weilding wooden swords..)

but TlkEdit2 looks like yer pony.
