Jacob - he redeems himself in the Citadel DLC - Thane, Liara, and Jack - the ME3 version. Garrus is pretty bromantic too.

1. Tali'Zorah nar Rayya vas Rannoch
2. (If I can even manage to resist the urge to romance Tali) Liara
3. (Only if my Shepard is too much of a douche to deserve Tali) Jack
4. Ashley or Miranda (This Shepard is going to pick Control or Synthesis without a moment of thought. He is just going to remember that he slept with one of them and let the cleansing fire take over)

FemShep
1. Liara - I only got one FemShep T_T. I cannot judge the others just yet

Miranda has attitude problems with how arrogant she acts like she is better then everyone else until you keep talking to her.

From a purely genetic, intellectual, and physical standpoint, she kind of is. That's the entire idea.

I know from a technical standpoint it is true but people hate her because her people skills are lacking big time, for someone so smart she is an idiot on how to get along with others let alone leadership as a good leader doesn't alienate their followers let alone not try to gain the love, or respect from their followers. If your team hates you they will probably not follow your orders as to them theres no reason to if you don't treat them right or command with fear.

That's kind of the point. She isn't good at socialization. She was deprived of any meaningful social interaction during her childhood by her father. She never learned how to interact with people outside work.

let alone leadership as a good leader doesn't alienate their followers let alone not try to gain the love, or respect from their followers. If your team hates you they will probably not follow your orders as to them theres no reason to if you don't treat them right or command with fear.

There is so much wrong with this.

The point of being a leader is to be a leader, not coddle your team. What you need to be able to do is get results, which Miranda is more than capable of. If you a think a real military leader is someone more akin to full-loyalty ME2 Shepard, you are sorely mistaken.

Overall, Garrus. Garrus! I love Garrus so much that even when I've played a game with the intent of romancing someone else? I've romanced Garrus.

But, I do love other romances.

LadyShep:
1. Garrus!
2. Liara

DudeShep:
1. Steve!
2. Miranda!
3. Ashley.

I've done Kaidan with lady and dude Shep, but I think it got the shaft. Kaids is just so angry and bitter most of the time, that it takes away from it.

I thought the Thanemance from ME2 was really well done. I also enjoyed the bittersweetness of Samara's romanceish from ME2. Though, I've never followed through with them into ME3.

But, hands down, the single best romance with the best scenes and most touching dialogue was definitely Garrus. With Steve as a close second.

(I've never romanced Tali, Jack, Samantha Traynor, or Jacob)

Tali, because she reminds me of a kid.
Jack, because she needs someone to just be her friend.
Samantha, because I've not gotten around to it yet. (It's next!)
Jacob, because no. No thanks. I'll pass on horrible stereotypes with a bad end, thanks.

IF (and that's a big if) you have Citadel DLC installed Thane's is an emotional rollercoaster (in a good way). Without Citadel DLC it comes off utterly lacking.

Tali. If I ever play a FemShep (I got put off by her in ME1 by using her for my thoroughly Renegade playthough) it would be Garrus.

1. Liara
2. Tali
3. Miranda.

Ashley is too patriotic and racist.
Was not a fan of Jack in ME2. If she was Jack from ME3, then she would be my 4th choice.
Diana is too pig faced with the most boring voice and personality.
Kaiden whines too much (and I don't do the gay relationships for my Shep).

Never play as the FemShep - she's too butch for my liking. If I had to pick for her:
1. Liara
2. Garrus
3. Thane
4. Traynor (would be 2nd if she was in ME2 as well)
5. Jakob
6. Kaiden
