Through Chakwas, you express the physical manifestations of the very paragon/renegade choices you make that form the core of the Mass Effect experience.

You define Shepherd, and Chakwas expresses that definition back to you. She is your context.

No matter what class you picked, the only truly free power slot you have is chosen through Chakwas. The available choices are composed of the rewards for your fetch, character, and side quests. Chakwas is at the centre of how each individual Shepherd is integrated with Mass Effect.

1. Miranda - for obvious reasons.
2. EDI - for the same obvious reasons.
3. Anderson's apartment - largest coolest pad, and didn't have to mill lumber or quarry stone to build it
4. Normandy SR2 - ME2 configuration - I liked having the armory and the research labs just off the CNC.
5. Mako - please, oh pretty please try to cut me off again, you cell phone talking bosh'tet!
6. Omnitool - ME3 configuration - pretty handy tool to diagnose computer problems, and can cut pizza with it, in a pinch.
7. Legion - seemed like a cool dude.

Normandy from ME2 with all upgrades.

That ship has a large fabricator in the armory that allowed them to mass manufacture weapons, a stealth Tantalus FTL drive, high end lab and medical equipment, a 1x Kodiak shuttle, 1x hammerhead hover tank, cyclonic shields, thanix cannons, Silaris armor and planetary scanning probes.

Basically enough tech to reverse engineer to allow mankind to jump 200 years ahead into colonizing other star systems (which keeps the species alive even if we kill ourselves on earth through wars or environmental damage)

any spaceship would be the best choice.

would like the fully upgraded SR2 more so.

*helium 3 rockets when not in FTL. we have 4 gas giants. hummmm.......

the becons on mars would be grain of sand compare to a
very new fully fuctional military grade stealth space vessel w/ a real hyper intelligent AI.
humanity would jump to type 1-2 civilization overnight.

what would i do once i got the sr2?
1. befriend edi
2. go to mars.
3 troll the mars rover to think ther is intelligent life on mars.
4. start the space race to mars. the reward? the sr2.
5?????
6.profit!

This isn't a terrible breakdown at all.  however, guns and other items that aren't directly the ship itself should be discluded.

I like your thinking though.

You better have a dang manual for it too.  Cause that Mass Effect propulsion drive isn't going to control itself.

i alread have a manual. its called unshackled edi.
so no EVA body for edi? its sorta in the grey area since its part of edi which she is part of the sr2.
what's bolted down would be way more than enough.
it would be like if da vinci got  his hands a US navy Virginia class submarine w the 2013 encyclopedia and michio kaku aboard.
even if the nucler reactor couldnt be refuled and the sub would have to be abadonded later. you would still have a ass-ton of knowlege. an example, have micho explain to leonardo the ghist of what we currently know of saturn,let alone the solar system, and how we learned. yup.
