I was having a problem with the DLC being downloaded but not installing. I figured I would post how I got them to work in case it could possibly help others with the same problem.

I am running 64-bit Windows 7 and I bought the DA:O CE retail box.

1. The first thing I did was clear the download cache in the configuration tool. (Not sure if that matters considering the next thing I did)

2. Then I uninstalled the game. I kept my saved games when it gave me the option.

3. Then I rebooted. (I don't know if that matters but I did it)

4. Then I reinstalled the game.

5. Then I rebooted again. (Just to be safe.)

6. Then I started up the game, logged in, and the downloads extracted and installed when they finished downloading.

I had to hit retry on The Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep and download them one at a time but they extracted and installed without a hitch as well.

I hope this helps anyone with similar problems.

@ Mellinu: Most of the DLCs you have redeemed through codes or bought are downloaded and installed automatically when you log in to your account in the game. If you're having problems with the DAUpdater (that's the service responsible for managing the DLCs in DA:O), there is a very good troubleshooting thread stickied in the PC tech support forum here (assuming you have the PC version of the game).

Those DLCs which are not downloaded through the DAUpdater will have download links next to them on 'your registered game promotions' page - as is the case with the ME2 Blood Dragon Armor for example.
