  Running my second play though of ME (with all the DLC's). And already I see I'm too close to this game. I don't know what it is (probably the rew relationships and wanting to see every event). There's gotta be a game out there that can rip me away from the ME universe?

There is nothing that can rip you from Kaidan's gorgeous face, just accept it.

But some games I would recommend playing would be:

L4D (you can actually mod the ME characters into that game as well)
Halo
Half life
TF2
Portal
Bioshock 
GTA
Sim City 4


All amazing games that I've spent huge chunks of my life playing.

T'Soni gorgeous. What a joke. I'm glad I get an eye exam once a year. As someone mentioned, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Of course at times I go out to a restaurant to eat calamari.

Try playing Tomb Raider. Very good game
Far Cry 3 wasn't bad
Have you plyed any of the DA games? DAO is very good

Good question OP, I suggest checking out other Bioware games if you haven't already like (KOTOR, Jade Empire, etc) and Obsidian`s games, (i.e Elder Scrolls, Fallout)

Games like Deus Ex and Witcher are worth checking out as well.
