From what I've heard the so called elite xbox players are/were a fun group but I never ran into any of them. As far as competing goes, I dunno. I've never been one for competing. I've always preferred just having a good time.

too bad I never did much PvP'ing. The most I did was run around in human form (host advantage lulz), wait for some chaoshander giantdad or whatever and practice my parrying. But it couldn't keep me from ME3MP.

That's why he uses lag backstabs to gain an advantage 

To answer the OP. There are a lot of players that I sadly have not had the chance to play with on Xbox. Honestly I would like to play together with every player on BSN at least once, and I have basically never had a lobby with 4 "good" players at once which is a bit sad because it would have been fun to experience that feeling.
