will look forward to it being maxed out, then it will be really good on the caster kits that like staying away but need a full auto gun.

Its advantage isn't just the weight. Its also the walk fire it can do at long range. For those not good at aiming, you simply aim for the body then walk the bullet stream to the head. Its been outclassed since it got its buffs due to power creep but its still a good "sniper" weapon for people who prefer autos

IX, use it basically only on the Drell Infiltrator, but I honestly think no gun is better on him.
You should experiment more.

Mine's at X and it's pretty good on
the drell assassin. It's a good lightweight sniper that's a decent
alternative for the Valiant.
Indra > Valiant by a longshot. The Valiant is just a paperweight at this point.

I run into a GI wielding indra quite a few times and the indra was my weapon for engineer and infilitrator classes when i first did gold and silver, when all the ARs sucked.
Was me I think, thank you for these good runs (performed without any pre-game consumables).

I almost never play as host so Indra has for me one more advantage. Off-host TC often is not fade out after I start firing, and for heavy SRs like Widows or Javelin it really ruins whole game, but with light Indra it is not a problem.

This is also true for my Valiant, both of these guns got hit hard by the infilnerf.
Now, I agree that the infilnerf was necessary, but they should have given those guns a slight damage buff imo.
There's no reason for using said guns other than "mixing it up once in a while"
