i am very picky , i cannot play this game again unless i make a good portrait for my character now is this silly? maybe . . maybe but heres what i say if im gonna be playing the game for along amount of time i wanna make sure my character looks good and his portrait has too look good aswell.
does anyone have this sort of problem? i can't picture anyone having the same problem its a rather silly thing too be bothered by but i can't help it the portrait has too look good and my most problem with this is if i want him too look at the camera in the portrait or look away , silly i know lol .

I had the same problem
I recreated my character about 10 times. After watching several Character Creation Tutorials on Youtube, to give me a clue how to design a character, I finally did it.

I would love a better range of expression in the portrait..., not just goofy, angry, happy or flat, but a whole range of everything in between.

I always have a hard time creating a character that doesn't look like on of the premade options when you click through the faces on the topmost selection bar: they establish a picture in my head of what the character is like that makes it hard to differentiate from. If I customize the portrait and it deviates too much, it doesn't fit anymore with the idea put into my brain by the pre-configurations. And out of the blue, before I watch the configurations, an idea doesn't pop up for me.
