No, but seriously, we've seen some of Miranda's personality in other videos already and I haven't seen anything yet that could hint at some sort of perfection. Quite the opposite actually.

Anyway, Bioware should get their avatar business in order. I mean, it's not only the lacck of variety but what is up with all the stretching?

A perfect personality is subjective. She 's perfect genetically, that's the extent....I don't get you're point. But I'm biased, I just want to defend Miranda anyway.

You're the first forumite here I've seen that is reflexive enough to know that you just want to defend a certain character (just like I'm biased towards Tali). That makes you awesome in my book.

And yeah, I just noticed that Saren is also missing.

Yeah, alot of people blindly defend a character, and never want to admit it's bias. I've appointed myself Miranda's defender aw hile back.

I always loved Tali.

She had far more personality than the two female love interests in the original.

She was smart, helpful, friendly, outgoing, adventurous, honest, and caring.
Meanwhile you had Ashley the bigot butch soldier. And Liara the naieve but happy to sleep with you at the drop of a hat scientist. Neither one of which was desirable at all.

True, you can't see Tali's face. But it's personality that wins out every time.
Besides, some people like that air of mystery around her. And she has a very nice physique.
Yes, she's got hands and feet which aren't like ours, and her legs are jointed differently... but so what? That just makes her more exotic.

And her voice was amazing. It was great listening to her.

And she seemed to overcompensate for being a woman. Yes, she had a little "girlish" side to her... rarely. But for the most part she just tried way to hard to come across as the rough and tough marine, and prove that she's best she can be.
We get it, her family got shafted, she's a woman in a man's army (even in the future, some things didn't seem to change). She just went overboard trying to prove herself.

Tali consistently wants to destroy the Geth from the face of the galaxy regardless of the fact they are a sentient race now, the Quarian people are okay with genocide.  Ashley just doesn't like aliens.

Ash could be taught that her views on aliens were inaccurate and she'd eventually become more sympathetic towards them. Tali on the other hand is ok with the fact her people tried to exterminate another, she's just pissed because they failed and it practically happened to them instead. She still wants to see the Geth exterminated.



What's worse, a woman who is unsure of aliens until she comes to understand them or a woman who is ok with genocide as long as it's not her own people?

Ash was like a scared little child, in some light. She was a little ignorant to other races, but it REALLY blown out of proportion. She had a chip on her shoulder..that was part of her charm. Why is it no one complained about Wrex being an annoying, boring, overkill badass cliche?
