I have been taking a look at the staff of parthalon's in game model and thought to myself: Is it just me, or is the in game model's blade much shorter than the one I saw in the destiny trailer? Please note that I don't actually have the staff. I can't get it due to lack of internet connection at home. I am still curious however, the one in the trailer looked pretty cool.

The trailer and the game weren't made by the same people. Blur made the trailer, so it's quite possible that there are some differences.
