Is there any way to queue orders for my characters?
When I bring up the radial menu, the game pauses, but as soon as I enter an order for one character, it un-pauses.
Is there any way to pause the game, and enter one order for all my characters, then un-pause and have them execute the orders at the same time?

Yes there is. Just change the option concerning the LT button back to default.
You have to hold down LT then all the time, but all given orders are executed on your character at the same time, right after you released LT again.
Dont why it it didnt make it to the other LT-option.
