are you logged in?

Yes.  I just tried after logging out and using IE instead of Chrome, and it worked, but when I signed back into this account and tried it again I had the same problem.  Could there be something wrong with my account?

See, their message says "sorry", but I have a hard time believing them that they're sorry.

Also, when I check your profile, it says you're online, so that's something at least, right?

Are you still logged in on X-Box? Could that be the problem? I'm PC, so I got no idea.

Ok, I saw someone saying that Biower has age-gated that part of the site for some reason using your origin ID to confirm your age or something like that. Is there any way to change your Origin age?

You can still access your manifest and such by logging out and manually searching yourgamertag/ID, but unfortunately you still can't change anything since you're not logged in.  I'm trying to figure out how to change my age on Origin or whatever account that Biower is using.

I have the same problem, well, nearly the same.
Since about wednesday 5th june I cannot get int n7hq.
I can log to social.bioware.com (I AM here alt least).
I can play normally.
My friends can log in to n7hq normally. My account is not visible from their leaderboards. It says "The profile you are trying to view is not currently available."
I tried to clear the cache, delete cookies several times - it only allows me to try to log in again to see the label again.
I do not know how to find which birthdate is in fact associated with my account.

Can anybody help me or at least tell me why is this happening.

To all who are still having this problem...

The only solution I can find to this issue is to simply log out of your BSN account(or use a different browser that isn't logged in on) and manually search your gamertag/psn ID/ or other ID and view your stats/manifest that way. You won't be able to change your banner since you aren't logged in, but it's better than nothing.

If someone from Bioware could explain why this change has been made(assuming I'm correct about the age gating) It would be very much appreciated.

So, since this game is rated M, you'd need to be under 17 for the age gate right? I'm having the same problem but I'm over 17, sooo..? I have also tried different web browsers and clearing cookies and cache and things like that, and it still doesn't work.

All I want to do is change my banner too.

Ok, Still nothing changed. I am unable to view my account on n7hq even from logout or another persons account. It tells me "The profile you are trying to view is not currently available."

Please - is anybody able to see my account from his hq?

Your ID? And set your profile to "public". Then someone can tell.

First time i ever logged in at N7 HQ I was able to check my challenges, then a bout a month later I unlocked a banner and I want to put it on but now whenever I login it says sorry you do not meet the requirements to view this site. And when I'm not logged in I'm able to look at the site but when I am logged in i have this bull****. *Note I use an ipad but it Also doesn't work for me on PC.

On the left hand side, does it show a sign in?

Did you upgrade to IE10 recently? There is a bug, where it doesn't remember site info and you have to log in to mundane sites, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I gave up and switched to FireFox (Chrome is too invasive for my tastes, plus it doesn't do hardware acceleration).

If none of the above, I don't know.

sorry i didn't get what you meant???
