Had this happen to me yesterday - first time in six months I saw a missile glitcher ( Xbox ). Came to the lobby and everyone had consumables on. Then this one guy with destroyer and striker ( no second weapon ) takes his consumables off. I un ready up, thinking he wants to change his loadout, I get a kick vote, and I ask why did he take his consumables off. So I ready up thinking with three of us with consumables we will be fine.
Match starts and this guy starts rocketing husks. Lost my composure and for one of the few times I cuss over the mic - you goddammnnnn MF cheaters, can't you beat gold without cheating? ( then I left the match, wasted consumables damnnittt ) Yeah probably goy my rating downgraded.

Hey, look on the bright side. At least XBox Live is still banning found cheaters.

If you report them to the Live authorities, they ban their accounts for cheating, yeah.
Afaik it's only the PC MP that does no longer get any support and regulation. But the consoles work on their own MP services (Xbox Live and PSN respectively) that handle things like bans themselves.

I like to outscore fully equipped TGIs with a GI with lvl 1 equipment. Claymoar is great for killstealing.

At this point for me it really wouldn't matter if i missile glitched because I either miss with the damn things or they do not fire about 50% of the time. What's the point if rage rockets aren't even reliable?

I saw a video of a guy a couple of months back, who was in a Gold Geth game, Wave 10, everything is going fine, and out of the blue starts missile glitching. They already had the credits, too. I don't think I'll ever understand why they would make such a big deal of score, or whatever reason they've come up with in their heads.

Thats because the TGI is often used as a 'crutch' class for bad players. Also, the fury in the hands of a good player is godly.
