I pay tribute to the great one with weapons, the Javelin is my main tool of worship. I also use the Harrier, the Hurricane, the Geth Shotgun, the great one even accepts tribute from the N7 Typhoon. He is a flexible and merciful god to those who see and respect his power, and may Cerberus abandon their quest to become partially synthetic or face his fearsome hunting rifle as their heads explode and shower him in their tribute of blood.

I have a question for the GI church. I d like to sol plat with him, as I feel he could me my savior (failed twice yesterday against cerb on white). I used the talon (HB and magazine upgrade + AP ammo) and wonder what to equip on him, maybe inci ammo and the ap mod on the gun. Or GPS or hurricane ? For the hurricane, it seems the consensus is to put the 2 capacity upgrades. But in a solo, U ll need more aim. I need more aim. And isn't incendiary rounds cheese better than AP ones?

Multi hit bugs and no damage penalty, when piercing through cover is better than "cheese". On GI imo.

GPS is my favorite weapon for GI to play vs Cerberus. If you put on Warp Ammo IV, you'll be able to OSK Phantoms and Dragoons with charged shot boosted by TC and Proxy Mine.

There are far too many armoured units on Platinum to ignore AP (in any form) and once you get to a certain level, Talon outperforms Hurricane on the GI.

Other than that, you can take a look at the plat solo in my sig to see how it's done.

Yes, the geth shotgun is a sweet weapon to attempt solos. I did mine with the trooper / GPS. I'd stun phantoms and burn them to death

I can barely see them but I get the kill and I'm like -- oh, yeah? OK!  I do better with him, points-wise, on small maps (Glacier) than bigger ones

I can assure you that it's possible to replicate everything I did in my videos - except maybe the fact that Phantoms have started ignoring Proxy Mine stagger and I have no idea why that is happening.

My theory is that servers are starting to **** up. I've been noticing increasing BS over the last few months, and it doesn't seem like it's gonna stop anything soon

Nah the BS level is just the same as it's always been, I sit through it every night.

The difference being rather than just blaming it on my general scrubbiness, I do recognise that sometimes it's just BS.

But seeing as you're part-time these days you're being nostalgic about "the good old days"

I was staggering Phantoms with Proxy when I did the game above.  I recently did a repair install on mine as I had a week or so of freakishly difficult Collectors games (Collector Captains on Crack with mini-guns and insane damage) and it's been fine since.  Maybe something went wrong during a "tweek" on your game?

Nope, stays the same even when I use the original coalesced.
