So as some of you may have encountered with the update on the 360 came alot of problems. The specializations and some achievements not unlocking. For me it was Hopeless Romantic. Recruiter also glitched but that was before the update (and it seems you need to play a human which I have not done yet). Anyways if you didn't get it when you should have clear your cache to nuke the update first. Then redo everyone  I uhh I mean everything to get the romances going with everyone again. Should work as it did for me.
