Well, I am playing a haughty sun elf sorceress in the local P&P game we're running, and she'd feel right at home in that dress, but no, I meant just making some non-sacklike dresses for casters.

male spellcasters get it easy, their robes look pretty good. But the girls? Theirs are ugly as sin.

The only decent female caster outfit is the Rex Wizard robes, which can't be tinted. Someone did an override on the vault that makes the RW robes tintable but it has the side effect of making the default RW robes white, and for MotB that just looks wrong.

Time moves on and more work has been done in the meanwhile.

I made a decision to cut a section earlier this week. That means I am close to the end of the main thread which is exciting. I then have two main sub plots to inject and some fillers to add depth to the city areas and then ... holy guacomole, I am done and ready for testing.

I will posts some screenies soon but in the meanwhile I clicked this simple one which I am very happy with.



Despite it looking straight forward only the doors and vfx in this area not custom.

RWS - castle corridor tiles modified by Kamal_ to take a different floor
Floor - from the si_reskin pack.
Window frames - Door frames from the city hak
Windows - from RWS castle placeables.
Torches - Callisters lighting pack

Ha, I'm opening with that ....

Not his best imho.

In truth I am opening with Sad Christmas by Tillman Silescu. It captures the mood of the opening a little better that the sting song.

For me, Sting is variable,

Some of his work is really, really good and some ... not so much.

Soul cages? Shame but it's not good for me.

That said, Sad Christmas is creative commons, I doubt anything sting has done comes under that umbrella

Sting aside, though I wonder if I can grab something off his Labyrinth album under creative commons ... No? Ah well

I am testing the last two hours or so of the mod now. I got stuck a few times and one jump is particularly testing. But once I am clear on this I need to do the closing conversations and cut scenes.

Then there is a major side quest (five areas) and a few minor (potentially middling) ones.

I really can see a summer ending to this mod. If that is the case it has taken longer than any of my mods including the first.

It is my last city mod that is for sure

You could always do a mod that occurred in the same city, but wasn't really related other than that. The NWN1 OC and NWN2 OC for example.
