Does anyone know how to make spells party friendly or remove party-friendliness from spells using Near Infinity or DLTCEP?
I've compared and contrasted the .spl files for ADHW and Dragon's Breath with spells like Sunfire, Chaos, and Fireball and I can't pinpoint what in the file makes a spell party-friendly.

More searching landed the result.
If anyone else is interested:
-Using Near Infinity, look in the spell's .SPL file and find the "Projectile type." It'll be the name of a .PRO file.
-Open the file in NI, and in the "Area of effect targets" line, the box "Not affecting self (6)" determines party-friendliness and the box "Not affecting allies (4)" determines whether it affects neutrals (I think).
