I know this has been previously posted, but after a marathon this weekend and playing as soon as i get off of work that this week I failed to realize we have a tropical storm parked in the Gulf of Mexico. I live in St Petersburg Florida, so needless to say its going be a soggy day.

Sucks to be at work, because today would be an awesome day to couch it up and get some games in.

I can imagine you looking up from the tv and saying, "Ah yes, 'Tropical Storm Andrea'... We have dismissed that claim," then go back to playing.

Seriously, though. Hope you guys are going to be alright as the storm passes.

You're behind a tractor on the road and your kid screams "BIG MACHINE" like a vorcha from his car seat.

When you're about to get out on a date with your girlfriend and think about votekicking her out of the lobby because she's taking too long to ready up.

When you watch news, see police in riot gear and ballistic shields and think about how useless that tactic is if only one of the offending rioters has a weapon with a piercing mod.

When you have more than two spontanous ideas to answer this thread with.

This morning when I was drinking my coffee I could hear Banshee screams, and I thought I played to much, I am hearing crazy things. Then my gf says: My god, that kid next door sounds just like your game when he screams!

When instead of regular shopping you put random things in your shopping cart without looking at shelves, cover your eyes when you put those things on the conveyor belt and after you pay you search for Ultra Rares.

Pfft, those only qualify for "You know you like Mass Effect when...", not this thread.

Can't get close to 'too much' without breaking the thousand hour threshold, at a bare minimum.

I had a nightmare where modified game files invaded ME3 on Xbox. Every match was an absurd roflstomp (huge radius on every power, absurd damage), someone making their own stealth balance changes, or people increasing the difficulty in weird ways, just like it is on PC. It even invaded my friends list. Legitimate games were just too hard to find...

...so yeh, I'm right there with you.

... your wife comes into your room, rolling pin in fist, screaming kids trailing her, and threatens you with bodily harm.
Let´s just say that "In a second dear, I´ll just finish this game" is not an healthy answer in this particular setting... Image IPB
