I used my AIU against Geth on Giant.  Used the geth scanner as was suggested, a 66660 build.  Claymore X with phasic III ammo.

I was in great shape until Wave 10, I got the hack in the middle of the map.  The hack went ok with a bit of kiting them away once.  But when I finished the hack, I tried to get out and hit a Prime crossfire.  I used all 3 of my remaining gels to get out, and managed to escape with only shield gate saving me.  But I had saved one rocket, and took out the Primes with it.  Then just a bit of kiting to finish off the rest of the wave, and I was done.

One down, one to go!

Why Phasic ammo? If you're doing Geth... Rock Disruptor.

I hate the Reegar. I despise it's lack of range.

I have embraced the Claymoar, and it shall lead me to the promised land. (or at least a banner I will never use).

Go disruptor and you get good crowd control potential too.

Kroguard gets in close so the range isnt an issue.But whatever.

It can stun enemies with the 'I'm being electrocuted' dance.

It does 10% more damage. (Disruptor IV)

It primes for Tech Bursts you can detonate with Snap Cheat : )

Awesome!  Disruptor is is then, hopefully the next one will be a little quicker.

Not that I'm worrying about speed, I am being insanely cautious.  Kill 3 or 4 from soft cover, move on to the next spot.

My first Gold Solo was 93 minutes in length. With most things, I could brag about how mine was "longer" than yours... but...

My first gold solo was Valkrye + hurricane vs rippaz 36 mins =fun sometimes hard.

Any thoughts on your next one? I suggest Demolisher harrier + Claymore vs geth and disruptor ammo 4/6/6/6/4 super fun!

I might go cheddar and use the krogaurd/reegar, but if not I will do the AIU again.  I know I can make it work, I just want this done.
