I looked high and low on this site for answers but I can't find any, but if there is a chance I just missed it: sorry.
So I'm trying to mod a friends Shepard to have Edi's eyes, since I found the codes to them here:

have red color at all in my stats using gibbed editor (B) - eyes are all

EYE_Mask: BIOG_HMF_HED_PROMorph_R.PROEdi.EDIa.HMF_HED_PROEdi_Eye_Mask

sorry for poor quality images i havent got my capture card on my so had to use my camera

But when I sent the headmorph beck to them, they told me it wouldn't load. So then I tried it and get the same problem. Note, that these codes are the only things I changed in the headmorph. Is there something extra I need to do?
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area.

You might have made a mistake inputting the changes, a space somewhere it's not supposed to be for instance. I'd try again with a fresh save/headmorph to be sure it's not something trivial like that but more often then not it is and it will cause problems like not being able to load and getting stuck forever.

As to the specific change I can't say if it's correct and/or working but I would assume problems would have been reported by others if this wasn't the case =)

Also, what these people are saying about the colour of the eyes, maybe that works the same as the TiM eyes and you'd need to change the eye emission colour. Maybe look into it, I can't remember how the TiM eyes worked top of my head anymore.

You are most likely right. I tend to over-look the simplest problems. Will recheck the codes to see if I did them right. Thanks.

For a headmorph it shouldn't matter. He/she can export saves import headmorphs and save those again as an xbox save using gibbed. Headmorphs are system neutral afaik, saves just aren't.

Thought so. It was never a problem with me when I did it... Well aside from the special hairstyles that I could never have without is spazzing lol. That and I get comments that my custom headmorphs don't work for them.

Could always test it with you opening one of their xbox saves, extracting a headmorph, importing it clean into a PC save and/or the other way around. If it works without changes it'll work with. But honestly I'm quite sure there should be no issue as long as there no errors in the values. They creep in really easily with copy pasting.

okay found the problem. The coding listed above is semi-wrong.
They should be:
EYE_Diff: BIOG_HMF_HED_PROMorph_R.PROEdi.EDIa.HMF_HED_PROEdi_Eye_Diff
EYE_Norm: BIOG_HMF_HED_PROMorph_R.PROEdi.EDIa.HMF_HED_PROEdi_Eye_Norm
EYE_Spec: BIOG_HMF_HED_PROMorph_R.PROEdi.EDIa.HMF_HED_PROEdi_Eye_Mask
EYE_Mask: BIOG_HMF_HED_PROMorph_R.PROEdi.EDIa.HMF_HED_PROEdi_Eye_Diff

Or at least these are the codes that worked for me. The only difference I get is a red 'pupil'. Gonna see if I can change the color. Thanks for the help though.

thought I should post this here since all the other thingies are over a year old. It IS possible to change the color of the eyes with this texture... Somewhat. The problem is that you have to use really large vector values. For instance, to get blue, I had to put nearly a 1000 in the blue vector and I still have the orange tint... Though it actually looks pretty cool. Still can't get rid of the red light but that looks cool too.
