I usually run the executioner on the Krolord and the Huntress. On the Huntress I go with the power mod and the regular barrel. Krolord, same thing only because I have the omni-blade on the claymore along with the HVB.

couldn't a correctly specced destroyer with EM get 2 shots out of it ?
i don't really know, i'd have to try but i hate the destroyer

Destroyer can have two shotty executioner np, also hummie sol with AR is fine too just I dont like much squishies.

I like using it on the Vorcha Soldier. Of course, it's not too effective, but it's damn fun. One of these days, I'll tinker around with it a little. As fun as it is for me, I plan on making that ish work.

I use it with the Huntress AP mod + power mod mostly
Ran it once with the Juggy AP + HB,
The GI is pretty damn fun

Heavy Barrel + Power mod
shoot, start flamer = instant reload, shoot, flamer

Battlefield 3 soldier. Adrenaline Rush gives you 2 shots. Carnage fits well between 2 shots when you don't use AR.

edit: heavy barrel and melee.
