Well now, EA did say they would be supporting the current gen until 2016. So theres a chance. 

It's been confirmed by Chris Priestly in the DAI at E3 thread that the game will be cross gen

It looked like a mix of CGI and In-Game to me. The Castle Assault scene looked like it was in-engine with a directed camera, while the Morrigan stuff looked to be CGI.

I was just screaming "It's Morrigan!" the whole trailer. She doesn't look all that different, just a bit gaunt. Oh and the Fade being torn open? Bring it on, I'm playing as a mage. I guess the Templars will be saying "I told you so." What about the OGB? Hm? Oh the possibilities.

Indeed but it's not in-game footage. 

That's in-game footage, and they look amazing, let's be more honest. They look different due to the fact that they're more realistic looking and Bioware are using a new engine.

I was wondering that as well, but its just a CGI trailer, DA:O/2 had one too, so they'll probably be gone in the final game. 

I just hope she has a larger role in DA3 then Flemeth had in DA2 (I thought the old hag was going to have a larger role in DA2 after the Destiny trailer)

Yeah, hopefully it isn't just a marketing ploy and she will be around for more than 10 minutes in the actual game, that would be nice.
