During character import, does the importer detect all my achivements over all my careers?
Still No verification on how achievements are detected?

your live profile carries all your achievement data - the game can scan that anytime. the specifics of your playthrough are detected on that particular import when you make it.

if you have the achievement then yes, it should do - i don't know if you have to meet the criteria for the given achievement in each particular playthrough though, i doubt it.

If the achievements are unlocked before you finish the game, creating the end-game save which will be imported, then you will get the bonuses.
On PC, on Xbox 360. Doesn't matter.

so please tell me if this sum up is right: i did all the side quests and resources achievment during my first play. then i finished the game many times again without doing the side quests.
So my final save (with lvl max and money max) when imported in me2 will give me bonuses for every achievment i've got and not only those of my last play (here considering especially the resources achievment), point 1 right?
point 2: but as i did not do the side quests in my last save, if i pick this one for the import i will have the lvl and credit bonus but i wont see the follow up of my side quests achieved during my first play, right? (here i hope that i m wrong, and that for example me2 will consider my most advance character for lvl and credit bonuses, while allowing me to pick up my first play's final save to keep my side quests actions/decisions)
point 3: playing me1 over and over, we could get extra skills for new characters, so i ended up with a scout with extra assault rifles skill. there has been no info about what would become the time-costly extra skill character development. (cauz yeah, i trained my soldier to lvl max, then started a scout with extra skill, and took him to lvl max also, took long time, will i keep an extra skill, or get some bonus for it in me2 if i import this save?)
point 4 for the dev team, if some read this: in case (linked to my point 2 question) the exp and credit bonuses are not taken on our max lvl character save, but on a chosen character we import, we would then lose the side quests decisions that most of us did during the first play. however i would like to see the implications of my first play side quests choices in me2. in such case, could you please tell us which me1 side quests would have an effect in me2, so that i take my main character and do a last time the story with those particular quests? i guess all the cerberus quests will have an influence in me2, maybe also the additional content asteroid quest, if we let the boss leave or kill him... but what about other quests like the ambassador's pirate sister for example? please, i m not lazy but it took huuuuuge time to do all side quests during my first play, to know which ones i shall repeat to have a follow in me2 would be very helpful.
