When the Spammers discovered that BSN was an easy target to flood with their crap, none of the "Report" functions were working in order to report those accounts and have them shut down in time to do anything. Direct PMs were the only workable way to pass the word that one or more of them were flooding one or more forums. Without that access, many such infestations could and would persist for many days before anyone did anythig to clear it all out.
Selene was always good about checking such reports, while also consistently ignoring Friend Association suggestions.
Eurypterid was less private, however, he hasn't been avalable nearly as often lately as in the past.
What do you plan to do to improve the 48 to 72 hour delay that was the original rule with the Report function when it used to work by sending your report from here to EA before it could ever reach the Moderators at BSN?

The report function has been overhauled in the back end.
We're actually watching it right now as reports are coming in, and it looks like the moderators are able to quickly deal with them as they arrive.
If there is something bigger happening, please put the information in the description of the report, the message will get to them.
