Save Data Imports across console generations?

Dear devs, will there be some sort of online upload to transfer save data from DAO, DAA, and DA2 on an older gen console (say, PS3) to the newer one (PS4?) And will people be able to take save data from one older gen console (say, XBox 360) and transfer it to a different console and/or PC (to PC or PS4, or vice versa?)
